Bill Baker

Principal and owner Bill Baker started in professional broadcasting in 1984 in the public affairs department at WNBC Radio in New York. He subsequently worked in radio as a reporter, producer, commentator and talk show host.

In 1992, Bill joined Nasdaq-traded FuelCell Energy as manager of corporate communications and investor relations. In 1997, he joined Brodeur Worldwide as a member of the IBM Software public relations team.

Baker Communications Group, LLC was formed in 1998 as a corporate communications consulting firm specializing in media and analyst relations.

Lauree Ostrofsky

Lauree began her public relations career at Brodeur Worldwide in 1998, working mainly on IBM's Small and Medium Business division on a global and North American level and in the industries of manufacturing, retail and distribution. She helped organize IBM's first Global Supply Chain Executive Conference.

In 1999, she joined Patrice Tanaka & Company, Inc., a medium-sized agency based in Manhattan, New York. Clients ranged from cause-related to consumer to technology, including: Amadeus, a global distribution system (GDS) in the travel industry; EarthLink; Liz Claiborne's domestic violence awareness program, Women's Work; the Girl Scouts of the USA; Discovery Channel Stores; Fodors, for the launch of their first Web presence; and Familymeds.com, an online pharmacy.

Glenn Rossman

Glenn Rossman has more than 27 years communications experience working at IBM and Hewlett-Packard, along with startup StorageApps, plus agencies Hill & Knowlton and G&A Communications. His experience includes media relations, industry and financial analyst relations, executive communications, intranet and employee communications, as well as producing sales collateral. In technology, his career includes work in channel partner communications, data storage technologies, server computers, software, PC and UNIX computers, along with specific industry initiatives such as manufacturing, medical, and finance.

Before his latest stint in technology, Glenn did business-to-business public relations on behalf of the DuPont Company for its specialty polymers products and with the largest steel companies in North America in an initiative focused on automakers.

Shannon Wojcik

Shannon brings ten years of experience in public relations working with clients from emerging companies looking to attract funding and increase awareness for acquisition to Fortune 100 companies launching a global product or business strategy campaign. Examples of her client roster include IBM, Xerox, Motorola, View Sonic and General Motors. Prior to launching a freelance career, she was employed by leading global technology public relations firms Text 100 in Rochester, N.Y. and Brodeur Worldwide in Raleigh, N.C.
